Search engines take time to trust a site and to consider removing duplicate content in dynamic pages, Also to follow good internal linking.
Atxsurf feels:
“Google reevaluates your site every ones in a while and adds/removes pages to/from index as it finds other sites with somewhat similar content, etc”
Coming to the point Google indexing does vary as all sites are updating, so at times due to some issues like duplicate content etc pages do get removed. It is not a reason to panic and always if you are following SEO which will benefit the user, you will gain trust of search engines.
